We offer FREE International Express Shipping (UPS, FedEx or DHL) with no minimum spend. Before your order is shipped, we have to process your order and put all your items through its strict. Some popular items can be shipped out within 24 hours, while customized orders such as engraved rings may take 1-3 business days. Because of this, the total delivery time is different to shipping time alone.
Processing Time: 1-3 business day.
Shipping Time: 2-7 business days.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Returns Information:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund. Simply return it to us within 180 days of receipt, no questions asked, no handling fee.
Returns: To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with our original packing and a note stating the corrections (for example: correct ring size) to our address.
Refunds: We offer a 180-day money back guarantee for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like a refund.
Handling Time: Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 1-3 business days after we process your refund request.
Exchange: In order to make an exchange, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing within 180 days of receipt and a note stating that you would like an exchange.
KIND NOTES:
1. Buyer pays return shipping except defective items.
2. Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
