Which kind of payment method do you accept?

2. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button, and you’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment via PayPal without creating an account.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
We do not add any additional charges or taxes.
How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirming email, along with an order confirmation number.

Can I return my order?
Yes. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been customized for a refund or exchange.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 180-day money back guarantee and 180-day exchange policy for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your order to our address include the original packing.
How do I cancel my order?
You can submit a request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped.
What if I order a wrong size?
In order to make an exchange, please mail your order to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like an exchange.
When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 1-3 business days after we process your refund request.
What guarantee do you offer on your products?
We choose products to sell based on their excellent designs and high quality. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included.
What is your policy for a defective order?
If you receive a defective order, we will accept the order back for an exchange or refund. Seller pays return shipping.
Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?
Any damaged & missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

How will I check my order status?
It is easy, after you placed an order, please log in your account using your email address. In your account, you can see all the orders you made including full information.
Do you have minimum order quantity & low order fee?
We have no minimum order quantity & no low order fee, and we can ship single item or large orders worldwide.
How do I use my coupon code?
After you choose a product to order, enter the code in the box on the check out page for the coupon code.
